oscarnxThe recommended size for counter section (1800 x 400 px) is wrong. I’ve troubleshooted much now only to realize that it should be something like 1800 x 1000 px unless you want the image to be cropped on width.
It’s actually quite obvious, the width should be 1800 px like the home slider, but the height must be BIGGER than for the home slider which is 600 px since the counter section image should be scrollable vertically.
Please check the exact recommended size and update!

HashIf you don’t put lots of text for the title and subtitle section, the height of the section will be small and assuming it, 1800x400px is a prefect size however if it does not fit to the requirement, its obvious that the user will try some new image sizes.
oscarnxI have one row title and one row subtitle section, each counter has one row text, nothing else. To me, that is the smallest default size. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
