    I was trying to edit the meta tag (site description & keywords) in the Header section. When I try to save the update it was showing the following message.

    “Something went wrong. Your change may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over http://FTP.”

    I have checked with my hosting provider and they reply to me that everything ok from there end and there could be a bug in the theme. I have also tried a different theme and it is ok. But I want to use Total Theme. So please tell me how can I fixed it.

    It is neither a theme problem not a hosting problem. If you try to make the edit from the WordPress editor and save it, you will get such notice. So what you need to do it use some FTP application to edit those file. Or you can use File Manage plugin to make the edit. But any mistake you make will take your website down. And it is also not a good idea to make an edit in the code directly. You can update the meta tag by using any of the SEO plugin. The one i recommend is Yoast Seo.
