I have installed the Total theme and set up many of the pages/sections e.g. added team members to the team section and added testimonials to Testimonials section. If I switch to using a child theme of Total (as recommended by WordPress), will I lose all my settings e.g. team members, testimonials etc?

Install it, use it, uninstall it. Nice and simple.January 10, 2018 at 2:59 pm #4587theclothcatParticipantThanks Chris. I will try that.

The customizer will get lost on switching the theme to child theme. Please use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/ to export the setting from the parent theme and then import it into the child theme.
