    I paid for the upgrade and it won’t activate the license on my WordPress site. Just keeps telling my to upgrade. If this isn’t fixed immediately I want a refund.

    I think we have already informed via email/chat support that you need to download the premium version and then install it in your website. Please refer to our documentation which is available in the menu.
