sorry it is not possible to delete the permalink but you can no index those links from search engines using some SEO plugin.
If you don’t share the link of the page in your website, no one should be able to find those links.

You need to change the multiple files. Just adding the content-all.php file will not work. If you are trying to get all the content in the blog page then you need to modify index.php file as well.

The blog page strips all the HTML tag. The shortcode also does not work on this section. So it is displaying as it is.
The only way is to modify the code.

There is no option to change the sidebar of the blog. This option is only available for post and pages.

Delete the front-page.php file from the theme folder and then you will see a normal blog page when set to latest post.

It is the default nature of the slider. The javascript take some time to work fully that is why you are seeing slider stacked.
