Not exactly.
The demo page is showing the built-in image slider that only works on the front page. And it only rotates three images, plus it has the navigation arrows.
What I mean is the normal, narrower banner that shows in all pages without navigation arrows.

The home page banner: The large image across the top behind the logo and title.

Incidentally, the logo image, named “header image” can be randomized with other images.
