Yes, in order to change the meta title and description of the website for SEO purposes, you need to change the Site Title for Meta Title and Site Tagline for Meta Description.

It looks like some plugin that use Image Lazy Load is causing this problem. Please disable the plugin to fix this issue. Or you can selectively disable lazyload for the home page only if the plugin has this option.

On primary analysis, if you are using child theme then you will need to review the code of your child theme again because we have made a few changes in our theme in the latest version. We would only be able to tell you the issue after we check your website so please do reply back with your website URL.

You will have the option for Quick View, Compare, Add to Wishlist feature. Also you will have option to add cart button in the menu.

To add adsense code, you will need to go to Appearance > Widget Page and drag the HTML widget in the area that you want to add the Adsense advertisement and then include the code in it.
