HashKeymasterSorry, you will need to upgrade to the premium version for it. Or you might also find some free plugins that allow you to add the Author Bio.
Editing code is not a good idea unless you do it in a child theme as any update would wipe the edit the code.

I see that the plugin Smush is causing the issue. Please disable it and check.
May be there is some settings in the plugin that need to be done.

There you will find the option to display a featured image. And if you need more features than you will need to upgrade to the premium version.

In my view, it’s appearing better than it was appearing previously. Maybe some plugins that you are using can be causing the spacing issue.

You can upload the image here https://imgur.com/ and send us the link. As rollback is only a temporary solution because each update release will have bug fixes and compatibility with he latest version of WordPress so if we can understand your issue and fix it that would be great.
