Please check by clearing the cache of the browser or try to check in another browser. If it works fine in another browser then it must be the cache that is causing the issue.
Had you made any changes in the code of the theme or plugin files? or have used a child theme?

In the latest update, we have added an option to configure the colors of the menu. Please check the customizer settings again.
