HashKeymasterPlease add the CSS in Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS field. It is the correct place to add the CSS codes.

Some blocks can only be designed with a fixed number of posts. If you add more posts, the design will not look good.
But there are again some other blocks for which you can set the no of posts and this feature is only available in the premium version.

Can you please tell me the name of the plugin that requires wp_footer() as the first line of code? No theme will have wp_footer() as the first line of code. It can be in around/below some code or probably even in another file. Unless there is wp_footer(), the other plugin should be able to make use of it to inject their code.
And regarding the second issue, it is a hosting issue. You will need to contact your hosting and ask them to increase the Memory size. Once, it is increased, the error will go..

The advantage of it is that you can add the image in any position you want instead of always at the top with cropped size.
HashKeymasterYes, it will display CSS code if you add inline CSS codes in your post or use some extension that allows you to add it. Mostly the CSS code if added at top paragraphs.
