Susan KramerHi, I’m running a Managed WordPress site hosted by 1and1 and have a site using the Total (free) theme. I just purchased the pro license but I don’t see any way to actually upgrade the theme. There is no area in the wordpress dashboard to enter a license number. The Managed WordPress option in 1and1 does not allow me to upload new themes, and the themes they have available include Total (free) but not Total Pro. How can I apply my upgrade? Thanks!

You need to install the premium version. After you purchase the theme, you need to either download the theme from the email link or from your dashboard in our website. Please check this video tutorial
Also please follow the documentation. The documentation will be only accessible once your login with the account that you used to purchase the theme.
