Hello, i bought the license for “Square Plus” theme but i don’t understand how to make it works on my wordpress. If I select “Square Plus” from “Themes” menu, the preview is totaly blank.
Could it be related with the outdated version of my WP (5.1.11)?
Please disable all the plugins and check. If it still gives a blank screen then please reply back with your website login detail setting as a private message. Our developer will check and fix it.
And yes, please update your WordPress as well and see if it works.
