FanfRSThe HashOne theme is fixed at the top of the computer at the top of the computer, but it is not fixed at the mobile end. What code should be added to keep the top navigation bar on the mobile end fixed?

HashKeeping the navigation fix in the mobile will cause trouble in reading all the menu items when opened so it is not good to keep the header fixed in mobile devices.
FanfRSI did a one-page navigation and controlled the number of items on the menu so there should not be that kind of trouble.
I hope the mobile terminal can have the kind of PC-side navigation bar effect, you can trouble tell me how to achieve it?
