Hi, you’ve recently updated the free version of the Viral-theme to 1.8.40. Unfortunately that update had also consquences for the editor-style-sheet. The font type is not very pleasant to read, there is hardly any white space between the headings, text-decoration for links has gone. How can I restore the old editor-stylesheet? I tried to upload the editor.css from an older version, but that did not work.
With kind regards.

Yes, we have updated the editor style to make it compatible with Gutenberg.
And we are very sorry to hear that it broke your layout. Can you please send us the screenshot of the issues so that we can fix them?
Or you can rollback the theme to previous version using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/ until we fix it.
Thanks

In short links are no longer underlined, headings, paragraphs and images are all very close. And, but that is personal, I liked the old font type better. What features will I miss from this version when I roll back to an older version?
with kind regards,

You can upload the image here https://imgur.com/ and send us the link. As rollback is only a temporary solution because each update release will have bug fixes and compatibility with he latest version of WordPress so if we can understand your issue and fix it that would be great.
Thanks

Please check this video https://nimb.ws/9iWcOfH
In my view, it’s appearing better than it was appearing previously. Maybe some plugins that you are using can be causing the spacing issue.
July 21, 2024 at 12:42 pm #56148HashKeymaster@nicod please update to the latest version. The font in the editor should be the same as in the front end after the update.
