DmacHashThemesMy social network icons in the footer, and the down arrow icons in the main navigation menu, disappear intermittently every day. One minute they are there, and the next they are not. This happens spontaneously, without any activity on my part. Please help. http://www.rananoshoots.com

DmacHashThemesUnfortunately, no. The settings you recommended were already in place and the intermittent problem continues. The icons appear as broken links when it happens.
HashIt looks like two of your plugin is creating this problem.
One is so widget bundle and another is wp ulimate receipe. Try disabling this plugin and check.
Or try changing the links in the setting to without www
