Hi,
Thanks for this awesome template!
I am using the Ivory Search plugin with the Total theme and there is a compatibility issue.
When I add the search form to the Top Menu / Primary Menu position, the menu hamburger in mobile mode becomes unclickable and unusable. It works fine only in laptop mode.
I have tested with other themes (Twenty Twentyoen, etc) and there is no issue. This is happening only with the Total theme.
I have also tried with all other plugins disabled but the issue persists with this Template. Please help… I don’t want to choose between Ivory and Total! 🙂
Thanks in advance!

We test on our demo website and it is working fine. Can you please reply back with your website where you are having this issue so that our developer can check for the cause of the issue?
Thanks

The other menu is working fine and the mobile menu button is clickable.
January 4, 2022 at 10:24 pm #43713jiteshParticipantIn the WP Admin menu , I went to Ivory Search > Menu Search and enabled the item “Primary Menu” to add it

January 5, 2022 at 10:01 pm #43731jiteshParticipantAny idea why that is happening with this theme on mobile?

January 9, 2022 at 11:45 am #43884HashKeymasterHi,
I followed your steps to add the search button but was still not able to add the ajax search. Are you using the premium version?
All other settings have no problem with mobile and working properly.
January 15, 2022 at 9:44 pm #44012jiteshParticipantI’m using the non-premium version of the Ivory Search plugin as well as the non-premium version of the Total Theme
January 24, 2022 at 6:26 pm #44253jiteshParticipantYour support is extremely frustrating and slow!
I’m beginning to think it was a mistake to select the Total theme and I’m definitely reconsidering going premium.
Very disappointed!
January 25, 2022 at 4:39 pm #44279HashKeymasterSorry, but we really can not replicate your issue on our local machine that is creating ajax search. Otherwise, we did not find any problem with our test.
Please send us the step to create an ajax search with the ivory plugin or please send us your website login detail setting as a private message so that our developer can check for the issue.
Thank you.
