Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste the below CSS code. Or you can upgrade to our premium version. There is option to enable/disable it along with many other features.
No, there is no other way. Please consider purchasing our premium version. The premium version has all these options in the customizer panel without needing to add any CSS codes.
