The slider switches and works on the preview in customize panel, but does not work when i go to the website. I’ve got 3 different photos, and everything i’ve searched around but can’t find an answer.
January 20, 2017 at 10:14 am #1695agrub918ParticipantI guess I fixed it, I’m not sure why it happened though. I set some custom css in the customize area and it started working. The controls came up and everything. I changed the border-left and border-right border of the word box to 0px and the background to rgba(0,0,0,0.5).
Does anyone know why that would have done anything?
January 20, 2017 at 8:27 pm #1703HashKeymasterPlease remove the CSS and check again. The CSS has nothing to do with slider working. Do mention your website url if it did not work after removing the CSS.

January 30, 2017 at 11:54 pm #1802nelliott10ParticipantI’m also having this issue, have got 3 slides configured, all pointing to the sample image whilst I make my artwork, it works fine on the ‘customise’ screen but fails to work when i view the website as a member of the public.
Did you find a resolution to the issue?
February 2, 2017 at 1:05 am #1817HashKeymasterHi,
Can you please let us know your website? It can be due to jquery conflict with some plugin. Also please check by disabling all the plugins.
February 2, 2017 at 10:39 pm #1840zerohlParticipantI have the same problem! The slider works on the preview in customize panel, but does not work when i go to the website. It’s stoped on the first slide and is not showing the arrows. It’s started when i delete and reestablished the first slide. I’ve just deactivated all the plugins but don’t work.
Your theme is very good, please help.
Thanks!February 3, 2017 at 11:45 pm #1843HashKeymasterPlease do mention your website url so that we can check for the issue.

February 9, 2017 at 11:43 pm #1903HashKeymaster@zerohl It seems that there is some maintenance screen and we could not see the website. Please disable it.
February 12, 2017 at 8:46 pm #1934MonicRRParticipantHmm, the same problem was also with me.
Try to remove the slider settings page attached to each of the three sliders, image. What he would have lost the slider block. Save. Then re-attach the desired image, or use the standard default images. First, the first slider. Save. Then the rest. Save. To me it helped. Reboot so to speak. - AuthorPosts
