Inside header font colour

Hi there,
On the inside header section outside of the main page, where there is a text reference to the page name (such as about us, or projects etc) it is white font with a white background.

I have had a look in your GUI settings and you cannot change it at all its all just white background with white text
I am not talking about the floating header on the theme that has a menu (and drop down with logo).
But the one with the option to add a logo to the inside header.. to the right side of the logo i added there is the name of the page but it is white background with white text.. id like the text black, orange, anything but a white tone..
