I just ran the update to bring my theme to version 220.127.116.11 and my home slider totally disappeared… It’s still set up to use the correct pages in the customization. How do I get my sliders back?
I did too. My Total theme is 18.104.22.168 and my sliders disappeared. It had been working fine previously. My pages are correctly set up in the customized area too.
Also have the same issue on 2 websites using this theme. And the menu has stopped working too. You get the drop down but as soon as you move the mouse it vanishes. Anyone have a fix for this ASAP???
Same here – home slider, drop-down menu and clients logo carousel stopped working after update. Any suggestions?
Same problem. Please react!!
Please hard refresh your website. It should be fixed. We have replaced the slider plugin in our latest update for faster loading.
Please do reply with your website url if it still does not work.
Hi – When you say ‘hard refresh your website’ what do you mean? Are you suggesting it is a caching issue in Apache?
Everything seems to work again, thanks!
@tomnorton i mean to press ctrl + f5 multiple times. Or better delete the browser cache and reload the website again.
My slider is gone too. I deleted the browser cache and pressed ctrl = f5 many times. This is my URL: http://sunprairiemediacenter.com/
@mara the slider is displaying properly when i checked. So it must your browser cache that is still breaking the slider.
My Slider is gone, but when I log-in wordpress it is working.
Also Brand logo is gone.
funny thing, footer is also did not changed if I did not log-in.
my site is http://www.neworonia.com/word/
I fix by save front page =)
Also I think Elementor plug in is something wrong.
I delete that plug in.
everything is working good !!
@jazzseal we changed the slider script for better loading. And it is the older cache that is breaking the site for some moment.
