How can I modify the font family, font size including other properties of single post content? I did some modifications in style.css but not working. I would appreciate a correct reply.

Basically all the font setting are controlled via style.css
Search for the font family ‘Roboto’, sans-serif and then change it with your own. Once you change the font family, it will not work automatically. You will need to call this font in function.php as well.
